B4L4NCED BY ALIYAH is a wellness coaching and holistic healing brand operated by Aliyah, based in the Virginia, Washington DC & Maryland (DMV) area. We offer wellness coaching, self-care planning, sound bowl healing, digital products, membership programs, and wellness events.

By booking a coaching session, therapy session, sound bowl healing, or any other service, you agree to the following:

• You are at least 18 years of age
• The information you provide during intake is accurate and complete
• You understand that wellness coaching is not a substitute for licensed medical, psychological, or psychiatric treatment
• You take full responsibility for your own health decisions and outcomes
• You will attend scheduled sessions on time or provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations

Services provided are for educational and supportive purposes only and do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis or medical emergency, please contact a licensed professional or call 911.

We understand that life happens. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

• Cancellations made 24+ hours before a session: full credit toward rescheduling
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a session: session is forfeited (no refund or credit)
• No-shows without notice: session is forfeited
• Aliyah reserves the right to reschedule sessions with 24 hours' notice due to illness or emergency
• Packages and bundles: individual sessions within a package follow the same cancellation policy

Coaching & Therapy Sessions:

• Single sessions: non-refundable once the session has taken place
• Session packages: refunds are available for unused sessions within 14 days of purchase, minus a 10% processing fee
• If Aliyah cancels a session and cannot reschedule within 7 days, a full refund will be issued

Digital Products:

• Due to the instant-access nature of digital downloads, all sales are final
• If you experience a technical issue preventing download, contact us within 7 days and we will resolve it

Membership Plans:

• Monthly memberships may be cancelled at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• No partial-month refunds are issued
• The Founding Member (lifetime) plan is non-refundable after 7 days of purchase

Events & Workshops:

• Cancellations 7+ days before the event: full refund
• Cancellations 3–6 days before: 50% refund or full credit toward a future event
• Cancellations less than 72 hours before: non-refundable
• If B4L4NCED BY ALIYAH cancels an event, all registered attendees receive a full refund

By subscribing to any membership plan, you agree that:

• Your subscription will automatically renew each month until cancelled
• You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis
• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account or by emailing us
• Membership benefits are for personal use only and may not be shared or transferred
• We reserve the right to modify membership benefits with 30 days' notice
• Founding Member access is lifetime and non-transferable

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, images, audio files, digital products, coaching materials, affirmation cards, workbooks, and planners — is the exclusive property of B4L4NCED BY ALIYAH and is protected by copyright law.

• You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content without written permission
• Digital products purchased are licensed for personal use only — not for resale, redistribution, or commercial use
• Sharing purchased digital products with others is prohibited
• Unauthorized use of our brand name, logo, or content may result in legal action

When using our website or participating in our community, you agree not to:

• Post or share content that is harmful, offensive, discriminatory, or harassing
• Impersonate Aliyah or any B4L4NCED BY ALIYAH representative
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Use our platform for any unlawful purpose
• Spam other community members or share unsolicited promotional content

We reserve the right to remove any user from our community or terminate access to our services for violations of these conduct standards, without refund.

We treat all personal information shared during coaching sessions, therapy sessions, and intake forms as strictly confidential. We will not disclose your personal information to third parties except as required by law or with your explicit written consent.

We ask that clients also respect the confidentiality of any group sessions, community spaces, or events — what is shared in the community stays in the community.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, B4L4NCED BY ALIYAH shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services, website, or digital products. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service or product giving rise to the claim.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, United States. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Virginia, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the updated terms on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
